Please pay the Consultation Fee to discuss your order. (This fee is for the time we take to consult with you and can be waived on your invoice if you decide to book but will be non-refundable if you decide not to book.

Fill out our contact form to begin the planning.

We will reach out via email to schedule a 20 minute consultation.
DESIGN

We will work with you via email to come up with a design.

We prefer email as it's more visual.
PAYMENT

We will send your invoice and you can pay your deposit.

Half deposit is required to secure your date.

Rush fees apply.

After hour fees apply.
WE DELIVER OR INSTALL

RUSH FEES

Rush fees are added to the final invoice and are based on your time of payment (not initial contact).

$25+ for delivery items placed 7 days or less.
-
$50 for setup orders placed 2 weeks or less.
-
$50+ for setup orders placed between 3-7 days.
-
$25+ for delivery items needed outside the working hours of 9am-5pm.
-
$50+ for any setup/breakdown 6pm-2am.

Orders are considered "placed" when payment is received. We reserve the right to waive, remove or increase fees.
